I have many regular clients whom I enjoy introducing to new dishes as well as making family favourites and providing high quality, freshly prepared food with well sourced quality ingredients.

I work in Courchevel and Meribel in The Three Valleys, France cooking for hungry skiers during the winter. For the rest of the year I cook wherever I am needed!  Cooking for families from Paris to London via the Cote d’Azur.

I’m just about to embark on my new adventure and attend The Cordon Bleu Cookery School in London to be become a qualified pastry chef. I’ve also recently gained my WSET 3 and this has fuelled a new passion of mine, wine.
